KitchenLab
A large world map. A serious air fryer kitchen.
KitchenLab is a recipe site for food from anywhere, cooked on the appliance people actually reach for on a weeknight. The architecture covers cuisines and equipment. The first library is the air fryer, because that is where search demand and new household gear overlap.
Each air-fryer recipe has a named test machine, a crowding warning, a frozen path when it matters and an oven fallback with real temperatures. Schema.org Recipe markup includes cook time as ISO 8601 and cookingMethod set to AirFrying.
We will not publish empty encyclopedias. New dishes land as full pages. The cuisine grid is the promise of the site; the recipe is the product.
