Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Juicy boneless chicken breast with a clear temp-and-time path: even thickness, 375°F, pull at 165°F.
Burgers without firing up a grill or smoking out the kitchen. Seasoned patties, a hot basket and a short cook get you a browned exterior and a juicy center. Toast the buns in the leftover heat.

Patties about 3/4 inch thick cook evenly. Smash-thin burgers overcook before they brown in most air fryers.
A thumbprint in the middle keeps the patty flat as it cooks so it does not puff into a meatball.
Add cheese in the last minute so it melts without sliding off into the drawer.

Follow each step in order. Photos show what to look for so the basket finish matches the plate.
Gently mix beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form 4 patties about 3/4 inch thick. Press a shallow dent in the center of each.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange patties in a single layer.

Cook 5 minutes. Flip and cook 3-5 minutes more to your preferred doneness (160°F / 71°C for well-done ground beef).
Top with cheese and cook 1 minute more to melt. Toast buns in the basket 30-60 seconds if you like.
Build burgers with toppings and condiments. Serve immediately.
