Air Fryer Salmon
Skin-on fillets in about 10 minutes: crisp edges, pink center, lemon at the end.
Salmon steaks—with the center bone—cook beautifully in the air fryer. Pat them dry, coat both sides in a quick honey, Dijon and smoked paprika marinade, then roast at 400°F until flaky. The glaze caramelizes at the edges for a sweet-smoky crust.

Salmon steaks are cross-cut with a center bone. Eat around the bones; the skin is edible if you like it.
Spoon the glaze on both sides and let the steaks sit while the basket heats. No long wait needed.
Dark caramelized spots mean the honey is doing its job. That is flavor, not burning.

Stir Dijon, olive oil, honey and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Pat salmon steaks dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, then spoon the glaze over both sides.

Let the steaks sit while you preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
Brush or spray the basket with oil. Add steaks in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10-12 minutes without flipping until flaky and 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.

Rest 2 minutes. Serve, eating around the center bone.
