Air Fryer Baked Potato
Russet potatoes with crispy salted skins and fluffy insides. Faster than the oven, no foil needed.
Like a crème brûlée banana without the torch. Slice a yellow banana lengthwise in its peel, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and air fry at 400°F until soft and caramelized. Scoop from the peel with a spoon and top with ice cream and chopped pecans.

Firm yellow bananas slice cleanly and hold their shape. Too ripe and they fall apart; green stays starchy.
The peel is a natural boat. Leave it on for cooking and presentation, then scoop the fruit out to eat.
A small sheet of parchment under the bananas catches melted sugar and keeps the basket clean.

Slice the banana lengthwise through the peel into two halves. Do not remove the peel.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment. Place banana halves cut side up, peel down. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar.
Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 7-10 minutes until soft and caramelized. Start checking at 7 minutes.

Transfer to a plate. Top with ice cream and pecans if you like. Scoop the banana from the peel with a spoon.
