Air Fryer Baked Potato
Russet potatoes with crispy salted skins and fluffy insides. Faster than the oven, no foil needed.
Poaching two or three eggs in the air fryer is quick once you have the setup right. Use small ceramic sauce dishes about 4 inches wide, half-fill them with boiling water from the kettle, then crack in the eggs. Ceramic transfers heat better than silicone poachers. Leave space between dishes in the basket—they come out piping hot.

Small oven-safe ramekins conduct heat into the water so the whites set evenly. Silicone egg poachers often underperform in the air fryer.
Kettle water half-filling each dish gives the eggs a head start so six minutes is enough for a set white and runny yolk.
Do not pack ramekins tight in the basket. Use tongs or a thick mitt when lifting them out.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Set out ramekins and eggs. Half-fill each ramekin with boiling water straight from the kettle, then crack one egg into each dish.

Place the ramekins in the basket with space between them. Air fry 6 minutes.

Turn off the air fryer and leave the eggs in the basket 1 minute more.
Lift each ramekin out with tongs. Scoop the poached egg with a spatula, tip off excess water, and slide onto hot buttered toast. Season with salt and pepper.
