Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings
Crispy battered cauliflower tossed in Buffalo or sticky sauce: vegetarian wing night.
Radishes are not just for salads. Halved and air fried, they turn mellow and slightly sweet with a roasted edge. Toss with olive oil, dried thyme, salt and pepper, then cook at 400°F with a toss halfway through. A low-carb side that surprises people who only know them raw.

Whole radishes stay crunchy in the center while the cut face browns. Similar-sized halves finish together.
A shake or toss at the midpoint exposes new surfaces so every half gets color.
Pull when a fork pierces the center easily. Longer roasting deepens the caramelized flavor.

Wash and dry radishes. Trim tops and roots, halve, and toss with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.

Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway, until tender when pierced with a fork.

Plate and serve. A squeeze of lemon or pinch of red pepper flakes is good at the table.
