Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings
Crispy battered cauliflower tossed in Buffalo or sticky sauce: vegetarian wing night.
Broccoli in the air fryer goes from boring side to something you actually want seconds of. Dry the florets, oil lightly and cook hot until the edges char. A squeeze of lemon and grated parmesan at the end is the move beside wings, salmon or a weeknight chicken thigh.

Wet broccoli steams. Pat dry after washing so the basket can crisp the tips.
Split thick stems so florets cook evenly. Tiny bits burn before stems soften.
Lemon and parmesan go on after cooking. Cheese on hot broccoli is enough; no extra melt step needed.

Toss dry broccoli florets with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika until lightly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cook 8-10 minutes, shaking at 4 minutes, until tips are deep green with charred edges and stems are tender-crisp.

Squeeze lemon over the hot broccoli. Toss with parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
