Air Fryer Broccolini

Broccolini roasts faster and more evenly than big broccoli florets. Trim the stems, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, then air fry at 380°F until the tips crisp. Finish with crumbled feta, lemon zest and a squeeze of juice at the table.

Air Fryer Broccolini

Trim the stems

Cut about half an inch off the bottom so the spears fit the basket and cook evenly.

Check early

Broccolini goes from perfect to burnt quickly. Start checking around five minutes.

Split thick stems

Halve any fat stems lengthwise so the center tenderizes with the florets.

Crowding. One layer of spears. Overlap heavily and they steam instead of char.
Basket liner (optional). Air fryer paper basket liners are optional. They catch drips and make cleanup easier. Use the molded type that fits your basket; air flows around the sides. Never cover the whole basket floor with solid foil.
