Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air fryer corn is the fast weeknight side when you do not want to boil a pot or fire up the grill. Rub ears with a little oil and salt, leave space between them, and pull when the kernels are bright yellow and tender. Lime and cilantro on top if you have them.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Space the ears

Corn touching side by side steams. A little gap between each ear helps them cook evenly.

Bright yellow, not black

Charred dry kernels lose sweetness. Stop when tender and vivid yellow.
