Air Fryer Baked Potato
Russet potatoes with crispy salted skins and fluffy insides. Faster than the oven, no foil needed.
The air fryer dry-fries green beans fast: high heat and moving air browns the pods while they stay grassy and sweet inside. Toss trimmed beans with olive oil, salt and pepper, cook at 400°F, shake once, and serve while the edges are still crisp.

A hot start helps the beans blister instead of steaming. Five minutes at 400°F is worth it.
Remove the basket and toss once the beans start to brown so both sides char evenly.
Two more minutes after the shake is usually enough. Past that they go limp and lose their snap.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
Toss green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

Add beans to the preheated basket in a single layer. Air fry about 5 minutes until they begin to brown.

Remove the basket and shake to toss the beans. Return and cook about 2 minutes more until crisp-tender with charred spots.
Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
