Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Juicy boneless chicken breast with a clear temp-and-time path: even thickness, 375°F, pull at 165°F.
Yes, you can cook steak in an air fryer. A well-salted strip or ribeye, a hot preheated basket and a thermometer get you a browned exterior and a rosy center without heating the whole kitchen. Rest is not optional.

Strip, ribeye or sirloin about 1 to 1.5 inches thick work best. Very thin steaks overcook before they brown. Flank wants a marinade and a quick cook.
A cold basket steams the first side. Preheat 3-5 minutes so the surface hits heat immediately.
Pull at 130-135°F (54-57°C) for medium-rare before resting. Carryover heat finishes the job.

Pat steaks dry. Salt on both sides and rest 30 minutes at room temperature (or up to overnight uncovered in the fridge). Pepper and oil just before cooking.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook 6 minutes. Flip and cook 4-6 minutes more, checking early. Pull at 130-135°F (54-57°C) for medium-rare.
Rest 5-8 minutes on a plate. Optionally melt butter with garlic and thyme and spoon over the steak.

Slice against the grain if serving to share.
