Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings
Crispy battered cauliflower tossed in Buffalo or sticky sauce: vegetarian wing night.
Air fryer asparagus is the fast spring side when you want roasted flavor without heating the big oven. Snap off the woody ends, toss with oil and garlic powder, and cook in a single layer until fork-tender. A squeeze of lemon at the table is enough finish.

Bend each spear until it breaks naturally, or trim the bottom inch. Woody ends never soften.
Spears can overlap slightly but should mostly lie flat so tips and stalks cook together.
Past tender the tips go limp. Pull when bright green and a fork slides in easily.

Snap or trim the woody ends from the asparagus. Toss spears with oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Air fry 8-10 minutes until spears are bright green and fork-tender. Thick spears may need 1-2 extra minutes.
