Air Fryer Onion Rings
Extra-crispy ranch-seasoned onion rings with a double dredge and oiled panko. No deep fryer required.
Popcorn in the air fryer is a fun snack when you line the basket with foil so kernels do not fall through the grate. Use a small batch, shake once, and stop when popping slows. Salt right away while it is hot.

Kernels bounce. Line the basket floor and walls with foil, pressed into the shape of the basket. Paper liners are not ideal here.
About 1/4 cup kernels max so air can move and kernels are not stacked.

Follow each step in order. Photos show what to look for so the basket finish matches the plate.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Line the basket and inner walls with aluminum foil so kernels cannot fall through the grate.

Toss kernels with oil in the foil-lined basket. Spread in a single layer so kernels are not touching.
Air fry 5 minutes. Pause when popping slows, remove popped corn, and return any unpopped kernels for 2-3 minutes more if needed.

Wait a few seconds before opening fully. Salt immediately and add butter if you like.
