Air Fryer Baked Potato
Russet potatoes with crispy salted skins and fluffy insides. Faster than the oven, no foil needed.
Roasted carrot flavor in less than half the oven time. Cut carrots into slender sticks, toss with olive oil, salt and garlic powder, then air fry at 360°F with a shake every five minutes. Finish with lemon juice and dill or parsley at the table.

Three-inch pieces with thick ends halved lengthwise cook evenly. Fat coins stay crunchy in the middle while tips burn.
A shake every five minutes moves carrots from hot spots so they blister all over instead of scorching on one side.
Fresh dill or parsley and lemon juice go on after cooking so the herbs stay bright and the acid lifts the sweetness.

Cut carrots crosswise into 3-inch pieces. Halve any thick ends lengthwise so all pieces are about 1/2-3/4 inch thick. Toss with olive oil, salt and garlic powder.

Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Add carrots to the basket in an even layer (slight overlap is fine). Air fry 10-12 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until tender and blistered.

Return carrots to the bowl. Toss with lemon juice and dill or parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
