Shape

    Process fish with curry paste, egg, fish sauce and sugar until sticky. Fold in green beans. Shape into small cakes.

    Sticky paste that clings to the blade is the goal. Chill briefly if soft.

Cook

    Mist and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until browned. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
