Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes
Accordion-sliced potatoes with crisp edges and soft centers. A Swedish classic in the basket.
Grönkålssallad with an air-fryer twist: kale gets blistered and crisp in the basket, then tossed with apple and a lemony crème fraîche dressing. Serve beside salmon, meatballs, or as a holiday-ish side any weeknight.

Water is the enemy of crisp. Spin or towel-dry hard after washing.
You want frilly crisp edges and chewable stems, not black chips.
Creamy dressing goes on after the basket so it does not split or wilt everything to mush.

Toss dry kale with olive oil, salt and pepper until every leaf is lightly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C).
Air fry the kale in two batches for 5-8 minutes, shaking once, until edges are crisp and the leaves are still green in places.

Whisk crème fraîche, lemon juice, Dijon and honey. Toss warm kale with apple, dressing and herbs. Serve with a spoon of lingonberry jam if you like.
