Air Fryer Garlic Bread
Buttery garlic bread with crisp edges in minutes. The side every pasta night needs.
Squeezed zucchini, egg, Parmesan and a little flour become fritters that brown in the air fryer without absorbing a pan of oil.

Watery zucchini is why fritters go soggy. Salt, rest, then wring in a towel.

Salt zucchini 10 minutes; squeeze dry. Mix with egg, Parmesan, flour, garlic and herbs. Scoop mounds into the basket and mist.
Batter should hold a scoop. Add a spoon of flour if loose.

Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until both sides are browned.
They firm as they cool slightly. Do not flip too early.
